⚠️ Important Email Delivery Notice – @icloud.com / @mac.com Users

We are currently aware of delivery issues affecting Apple email addresses ending in @icloud.com and @mac.com. This is not specific to GMTX — Apple’s mail system has recently implemented extremely strict spam and security filtering. As a result, legitimate messages from many senders (not just us) are being delayed, sent to Junk/Spam, or blocked entirely without warning.

This may affect important GMTX communications such as:

• Onboarding confirmations

• Security codes and verification links

• Account updates and transaction notices

To avoid missing critical messages:

• Use an alternative email address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail, or your own domain) for your GMTX account. (We recommend Protonmail and use it for the company email service. It is based in Switzerland and has been one of the top private email services and has a free entry level which you can use at no cost.)

• If you must keep your Apple address, add agent@gmtx.exchange to your Contacts/VIP list and check your Junk/Spam folder regularly.

• If you would like to change your registered email address, contact agent@gmtx.exchange.
